Day 16 of My Diet
I know I skipped a few days of not posting about my day and weight progress, but they just weren’t changing. In fact, it just kept bouncing back and forth. So I decided that I’ll update when a good change has occurred, such like today. I can proudly say that I am down to 285.5lbs from the 298.5lbs I weighed in when I started. I have lost a total of 13lbs since June 8th!! Woot!!
One thing that is driving me up the wall is my parents are always asking me what I want to eat for supper, how much do I want, etc etc. It’s driving me crazy because they are asking me if I want more than one hamburger (for example). Um…no thanks, just one is good enough–without the bread too!! Hahaha!
Oh ya, I also wanted to thank all of you who have been posting comments of encouragement. It really means a lot to me when I come across a new comment congratulating me on how much I lost so far. Never in a million years would I imagine that I could lose weight by making small changes in my lifestyle. It’s really an eye opener for me.

Wow, it’s almost been two weeks since I started my diet on June 8th. I’ve had amazing results so far. I have lost a total of 10lbs!!! Woot!! I know, exciting news!! Hahaha
Now this is more like it. When I weighed myself this morning, I am already down to 289lbs. Woot!! That’s 9.5lbs gone since I started last Friday. That’s more than a pound a day which is just awesome! The funny thing is that I ate more than I should of yesterday - soup, fish, cereal, cheese, and fruits. I only exercised for about 15 minutes too.
So I got not really the results I was looking for when I weighed myself this morning. I gained half of a pound. I think that was due to me eating two bowls of homemade chili. I just couldn’t get enough of it!! Anyways, half a pound is not a big issue for me.
