I don’t watch tv much but I happened to get a chance to sit and watch some random things the other night.

There was nothing in particular I wanted to watch, so I just kept flicking from channel to channel. Then I came across a medical show that was talking about Plantar Fasciitis.

Umm…ouch! I don’t think I’d ever gotten that before besides walking and standing on my feet on a job I had awhile back.

Just seeing the patient on the show talk about the pain was enough for me to change the channel. Thank goodness there’s treatment such as Physiotherapy. Then again, it may get so bad that the person needs to have surgery. >_<

I hope I never have to suffer with this EVER!!

I got a stack of new dvds to watch since I love movies & tv shows on dvds. So I ordered some new ones I didn’t have yet from Amazon.ca. I got Family Guy Volumes 2-5 since I already have volume 1. Then there’s also the movie called “The Other Boleyn Girl” and “The Spiderwick Chronicles”. I’ll definitely be watching some of these today!! Yippy!!

Awhile ago I was watching the Montel Williams show and some guy named Timothy Brantley was on it talking about his book “The Cure”. So of course I bought it and have been reading it.

It’s really great so far and makes you think about the foods you put into your body. It seems so crazy to think that natural foods can actually cure sickness and even CANCER!! (They had this other guy on the show who was cured of cancer because of how he changed his diet). It was amazing!!

Can you imagine what things like grape seed extract or even oranges can do sometime in the future? There is so many possibilities and only time will tell.

Get the book, it’s really great too!!

You guys should all lay off Britney Spears. I know she can be entertaining, but enough is enough. I’m one to admit it…I LOVE CELEB GOSSIP. But there’s a line that’s being crossed in regards to Britney.

Remember back in the 90s the show “Home Improvement” with Tim Allen? I swear that show was hilarious!!

I actually liked how they had real life home improvements done. It gave you plenty of ideas for do it yourself projects at home. Too bad all the good shows from the 90s are better much gone. That is…unless you buy them on dvd or happen to catch a rerun.

Geeze…I had a lot that I watched. Some of my favourites were:

• Full House
• Blossom
• Ready or Not
• Boy Meets World
• Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
• and a few others

Man, I miss watching those shows!!

Remember way back in the 90s how there were always shows on that dealt with bodybuilding competitions? I actually miss watching them. I used to watch it all the time. Nowadays, I can’t even find a single competition on the tv. I wonder what happened?

I obviously know most of those guys were probably taking bodybuilding supplements. I’m almost positive but it sure is entertaining seeing them flux those muscles. Like geeze…there were some major hotties before!! But now, I think they work too hard and their bodies look all leathery and not human. Just look at this photo off to the side!! He looks like a friggin ALIEN!!

What a disappointment. Bring back those old days when they actually looked good!!

Everyone has a favourite store. My has to be Future Shop. Yes, in case you don’t recognize the name, it’s a Canadian electronics store.

Future Shop is where I go to when I need to buy games, videos, music, electronics, cameras, flat panel televisions, ink cartridges, blank cds, and other goodies. They have everything I need for entertainment. I guess you can say they are similar to Best Buy in the states.

The only thing sucky right now with Future Shop is that they no longer have free shipping in Canada. I was a big buyer online and now I’m not because it’s stupid how they changed it for people to pay shipping. I guess I’ll just drive the whole three minutes away to the Future Shop close to my house whenever I need something.

But still…I like it when it came to the door. LOL!
