I never take safety too lightly, especially when it comes to home security. Systems such as ademco ones, are top notch in providing you with a peace of mind.

Whenever I’m home alone, my alarm system is on. Not to mention, even when I’m not home. I just don’t feel safe without it on. I mean, I’m listening to music or watching tv, can I really hear what’s going on in the rest of my house? Not always, which is why having the alarm set is important to me. Whenever someone is on my property, touches a door or window, or even breaks something, I get instant notification and the sirens go off.

I’d rather be safe than sorry. I am even thinking about getting a camera to put out front. It also have a tv set that you can place somewhere so you can see who’s outside. I saw it at Home Depot not too long ago. I think it was close to $200 or so, but geeze…I’d sure as hell would get it.

Many of us have cables of all sorts laying around the house. I have about five usbs cables, 8 telephone wires, and even a CAT6 cable. Don’t get me wrong, they could come in handy…but seriously?? Too many cables I think.

So what do you do with all the extra cables? Do you throw them out? Sell them in a garage sale? Or what? I store them in plastic bags and keep them in a closet. I don’t know why I do that, but I’m sure I’ll be getting rid of some as soon as spring cleaning fever kicks in.

Well, I finally got around to updating the theme on this website. This is a theme I purchased from Chic Blog Design by the fabulous Teresa. I did minor changes to it and even added a second sidebar because I’m a 2 sidebar kind of gal. But nevertheless, I ADORE THIS THEME!!! Thanks Teresa!!

In other news…I’m sadly sick. I got a stupid cold that I am not liking one bit!! It’s a horrible non-stop cough, stuffy nose, watery eyes, and a pounding headache. I even spent the entire day in bed watching movies…that’s how much energy I have right now. I’m really looking forward to this cold going away because I can’t stand being sick.

Anyways, my photography class is done and over with for the semester. I  just had my exam the other day. Now I’m looking forward to the fall semester when I can register for some more courses I need in order to get my photography certificates. Many people are looking for a miracle diet pill, something similar to Phentermine 37.5 mg. But how well do these pills actually work?

I’ve come to realize that there is no quick fix to losing weight besides good old exercise and eating a healthy diet. Of course that can be difficult especially if you have bad eating habits. Yes…I admit it…I struggle with that too.

When you live in a culture that is surrounded by food and desserts for every occasion, it’s difficult to say “no thanks” as you may insult the person who made it. That’s what I noticed anyways…

One of the most cheapest things I have come across that is easy to obtain are coffee tables. I mean…even Wal-Mart sells a set where you can get a coffee table, plus end tables as well for a mere $60 or so bucks!

You don’t need something too crazy and expensive. They all do the same things. You store you magazines, tv guide, remote controls, and even a center piece on the damn thing. Plus, if you have something to eat or drink, chances are you’ll put the plate or cup on there too.

So why go crazy and buy something so expensive. Not worth it at all!

Whenever I go to this one mall in my city to check out some stores, I always come across this tiny discount furniture store owned by the friendliest Asian couple I have ever met.

They ask how are you doing and just have full blown conversations with you. It’s really nice and even shopping in their store is at ease. They don’t nag you to buy this or that. Nope…they don’t even follow you around in the store like some people.

I absolutely love it, plus the stuff at their shop are really great too!!

I’m in dere need of buying new books. The sad thing is that I don’t really have any extra money to buy some new stuff to read.

I’m not getting any more hours at work which really sucks!! Then there’s Father’s Day just around the corner and I have to get my father something. And then there’s my sister’s wedding which I have to help out with.

I’m getting a headache just thinking about it all.
