A lot of people are so health conscious nowadays. They are constantly working out and may even have their own pulse oximeter.
It’s great that you want to stay in shape and be healthy, but don’t overdo it and put your body into so much stress. Take things one step at a time. If you’re feeling too exhausted and don’t feel like doing anything, then you are obviously working yourself to the extreme.
Take it easy and enjoy life on day at a time.
