For my kids I use UL-250 bags - a natural product that helps normalize the intestines and stop diahrea. I hope you recover soon.

Someone told me to take an Imodium after each episode (which at the time was every couple of hours). It took three doses before it stopped. Might also want to try yogurt to replenish digestive enzymes that might slow it down, or cheese. Each of those have worked in the past for me 'cuz I'm always the one who comes home with that stuff too. Good luck.
