So today is the end of my first week and the start of my second week on my diet. I weighed myself this morning and I weigh the same I did yesterday. So for week 1, I lost a total of 9.5lbs. Not bad at all because it meet my own expectations. I was initially going for at least a pound a day. Woot!
I’m eager to begin my second week and see how much I can lose this week. Wish me luck. :-)

Good luck, that takes a lot of discipline. I am sure you can stick to your plans though!
