Day 7 of My Diet

Now this is more like it. When I weighed myself this morning, I am already down to 289lbs. Woot!! That’s 9.5lbs gone since I started last Friday. That’s more than a pound a day which is just awesome! The funny thing is that I ate more than I should of yesterday – soup, fish, cereal, cheese, and fruits. I only exercised for about 15 minutes too.

I can’t wait until I lose more pounds that actually make it noticeable. It’s more like 40+ pounds until someone actually says, “Hey, did you lose weight?” LOL! I can’t wait for that day. hahahaha
