Day 6 of My Diet

So I got not really the results I was looking for when I weighed myself this morning. I gained half of a pound. I think that was due to me eating two bowls of homemade chili. I just couldn’t get enough of it!! Anyways, half a pound is not a big issue for me.

On a side note, I’ve been working some foods back into my diet. Of course I am eating very small portions, but I am getting a taste of these yummy foods. I’ve been working out for about an hour each night to burn off some calories I’ve collected during the day. Hopefully, it’ll pay off.

lost lbs: 7.5 so far
current: 291 lbs
start weight: 298.5 lbs
feelings: a little sleepy
