So I have officially begun juice fasting today and will log each day here. If you are unsure of what juice fasting is, you can read my post here. I have yet to eat anything today, which I should be already drinking juice. I will do so within the hour because I’m a little preoccupied right now.

So the last food I ate was yesterday at around 6pm which was my supper (consisted of chicken, potato, and salad). *cries* – my last meal for thirty days….well I hope I reach thirty days okay. I will log a stats of my current weight, feelings, etc everyday. This is just to keep track of my progress. Wish me luck because here goes nothing!
