Wow…it’s already June!! Where has this year gone? Geeze, then the start of the school year is going to approach quickly too. I can just see it now. Shit man! So not cool!!! I haven’t been good to myself – health wise, which is why I’m deciding to do this thing called Juice Fasting. I explained here what it’s all about. Hopefully I’ll be able to lose some pounds while still getting an exercise routine daily.
